Acceptance of these terms
By joining the Savour waitlist, visiting savour.app, or using the Savour mobile app when it launches, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — no hard feelings.
What Savour does
Savour is a weekly meal-planning tool for UK households. It generates a weekly plan and shopping list based on the meals you choose to include — breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any combination — and the preferences you give us: your supermarket, budget, meal styles, dietary rules and cooking appliances.
Prices shown in the app are estimates based on public supermarket pricing at the time the plan is generated. They're a strong guide, but supermarkets change prices; your receipt at the till is the final word.
Who can use Savour
You need to be at least 16 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use the service. If you're signing up on behalf of a household, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Your account
When account creation is available, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens on your account. Tell us straight away at sam@trysavour.com if you think someone else has got in.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use Savour to break UK law or anyone else's.
- Copy, scrape or resell our recipes, price data or plan generator.
- Attempt to interfere with the service's security or availability.
- Use Savour to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Recipes, allergies and food safety
Savour tailors plans around the dietary preferences you tell us, but we cannot guarantee any recipe is free from allergens or cross-contamination. Always read ingredient labels yourself, especially if you have a serious allergy or intolerance. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional — Savour is not a substitute for medical advice.
Pricing & subscriptions
The free tier includes one generated meal plan per week and will be available at launch. Optional paid features (such as real-time supermarket price comparison) will be clearly priced at the point you sign up for them, and you can cancel any time from your account settings.
Intellectual property
The Savour name, logo, website, app, and generated plans are owned by Savour Ltd. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own household's meal planning — please don't resell or republish them.
Our liability
We work hard to keep Savour accurate, useful and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, a shop being out of an ingredient we recommended, or a price differing at the till). Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can leave the waitlist or delete your account at any time by emailing sam@trysavour.com. We can suspend or close accounts that materially break these terms, with notice unless it's urgent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Savour grows. Material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
